A guideline to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec Water Park
Park Policies
To ensure that all of our guests have a fun, safe, and unforgettable experience, please follow the park rules. Guests who "break the rules" have a negative impact on the safety and enjoyment of others and may be asked to leave the park without refund.

Alcohol:
The sale of alcohol will only be for people over 21 years of age, an official identification will be required. Only one drink per person will be sold at a single sale.
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the Six Flags parks. Alcoholic beverages purchased in the park must be consumed before leaving the park. Visitors who are intoxicated may be withdrawn without the right to a refund. Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec reserves the right to take additional action against visitors found to be in these conditions.
Behaviour:
Appropriate behavior is expected from all visitors in accordance with an atmosphere of cordiality and respect. Unruly, disruptive, or offensive behavior, including jumping any line or setting aside seats without respecting others, is strictly prohibited. If you get out of line and want to come back, you will need to re-form to the end. Any of these behaviors could lead to expulsion from the park without the right to a refund.
In the event that one of our visitors is caught taking photos or videos of other visitors without their consent or that a situation of harassment is reported, the park staff will ask them to leave without a refund of their entrance ticket. The corresponding Federal, State and Municipal laws will be applied at the request of the affected visitor and/or the company, as the case may be.
Food & Drinks:
It is not allowed to enter the park with food, drinks or coolers. However, exceptions may be made for those visitors who have a special diet due to food allergies, religious specification or restriction, and/or baby food/formula. Upon entry, we will mark food packages to show that they have been park-approved.
Dress Code:
Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec maintains and enforces a dress code in accordance with an atmosphere of respect and cordiality, as well as for health and safety reasons. That is why the following must be met:
-Wear clothes at all times in the facilities of Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec
-For safety reasons, bathing suits must be optimal to use the slides, facilities and water attractions, avoiding accessories, buckles, brooches or the like.
-As a general rule when visiting Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec, our visitors should avoid any situation or action that is discriminatory or incites hatred. Therefore, visible clothing and tattoos depicting or showing violence, nudity, discriminatory language or graphics are not allowed. The clothes cannot be placed inside out as a solution.
-Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec reserves the right to admit or expel any person who does not comply with the Dress Code, or who affects the security or tranquility of the establishment and other visitors, as long as the person in question rejects all options. reasonable to remedy a breach of this code. Visitors who have questions about our Dress Code should go to the Visitor Service office and speak with a member of the supervision or management team upon arrival at Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec.
Language:
Visitors may not use offensive or derogatory language, symbols or gestures towards other visitors and/or our collaborators. Visitors who do so may be expelled from the park without a refund.
Save Places:
Reserving seats in any row is strictly prohibited. If you get out of line and want to come back, you will need to re-form to the end. Visitors who do not follow this rule will be expelled from the park without the right to a refund.
Items Susceptible to Fall:
Items susceptible to falling are not allowed on some ride rows or on any of our slides. Visitors may leave their items with a person not boarding the ride. We have lockers with cost for visitors who decide to insure their belongings. Slide operators will not be responsible for items left in any area of the attraction. Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec and its collaborators will not be responsible for forgotten, lost or stolen personal belongings. Items left unattended at any point on the slides, including the entrances, will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
Compliance with Park Policy:
In addition to the Six Flags Visitor Code of Conduct, everyone is expected to comply with Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec posted policies, rules and instructions, as well as all local, state and federal laws. The safety of visitors and that of our collaborators is our top priority at Six Flags.
Prohibited Items:
In addition to what has already been communicated in our Code of Conduct and in other park policies, the following are prohibited items:
Firearms, ammunition, knives, scissors, and other weapons of any kind.
Pepper spray and other self-defense or containment devices.
Marijuana (including marijuana-enriched products) or any illegal substance.
Fireworks or other similarly explosive and/or flammable objects.
Clothing/jewelry with sharp points or edges.
Garden or folding chairs.
Glass bottles (excluding small containers such as baby food containers).
Spray paint/markers.
Recreational devices such as drones, remote control, GoPro or video devices, recording accessories (without prior permission), laser pointers, roller skates, skateboards and shoes with built-in wheels.
Selfie Stick, monopods and similar handheld extension sticks for cameras or mobile devices.
Carts/devices with wheels or types of strollers where the visitor does not have control of it.
Coolers, jugs.
inflatables.
Service Animals:
Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec welcomes visitors with service animals. At all times, visitors must maintain control of their service animal through a restraint device (eg, leash/harness), voice, signaling, or other effective controls.
Animals that do not meet the definition of a service animal will not be admitted to the park. Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec and its partners are not responsible for visitors' pets left in vehicles, driveways, or parking areas. For more information consult the Safety and Accessibility Guide.
Photography:
Upon entering the park, visitors grant Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec the right to film, videotape or photograph them on park property for any reason and without payment or compensation.
Visitors may take photos and videos while enjoying the park, but Six Flags requests that such photos or videos be used for personal and recreational use only. No commercial photography of any kind is permitted without the written consent of Six Flags.
The use of the following equipment is strictly prohibited:
– Cameras mounted on a vehicle, drone, car, scooter, or other moving object.
– No cameras of any kind are permitted on any ride or ride, at any time. Without exceptions.
– No type of lens
All Six Flags rides, shows and attractions are protected by copyright. Visitors must have written permission from an authorized Six Flags representative to use photographs and/or videos featuring Six Flags images for commercial broadcast, advertising, marketing or publication in any media.
Restricted Areas:
Visitors are strictly prohibited from entering restricted areas, including slide areas, rides and/or maintenance areas. Visitors must contact the person in charge of the attraction and/or go to the Information Center office to report the loss of any object. Lost personal belongings will not be recovered during operating hours. Visitors should not attempt to retrieve their lost items. Those who enter a restricted area or danger zone will be expelled from the park without the right to a refund. Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec reserves the right to take additional action when appropriate.
Games Restrictions:
Safety is our top priority. Guests with certain body proportions, or of a certain height and/or weight, may be restricted from using certain attractions if the security systems do not function as designed. People who are very tall or small, with heart, neck or back problems, pregnant women, with recent surgery, casts, splints, immobilizing devices or certain disabilities cannot be properly secured by the safety systems on the slides. Specific information about the slides is available at the slide entrances and at the Information Center. For your convenience, there is a height check point in the Information Center. Please note that the slide operators may request a review of a user's height even after confirming it at the Information Center.
Responsibility of the User:
There is inherent risk in participating in any slide, water ride and/or pool. We expect users to exercise good judgment and act responsibly. Visitors must obey and comply with all security measures that are communicated to them orally and/or in writing and correctly use the safety equipment of the slide or attraction. Visitors who do not comply with the rules of the slides, attractions or pools may be expelled from the park without the right to a refund. Please read the specific restrictions posted at the entrances to the slides and pools.
Re-Entry :
The park DOES NOT HAVE RE-ENTRY. Once visitors or members leave the park they will not be able to re-enter it, unless they purchase a new entrance ticket.
In extraordinary or emergency situations, visitors must obtain a re-entry coupon before leaving the park, with the operators located at the exit turnstiles. Only one member per group or family will be allowed to leave and for a certain time. Transfer or misuse of the re-entry coupon is a violation of Six Flags policies and is strictly prohibited. In case of special situations, please notify the Information Center or Visitor Service office.
Smoking Zone:
At Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec we have two smoking areas:
Between Typhoon and Shark Attack in front of the cabins
Six Flags prohibits smoking marijuana at any time or being under the influence of alcohol or any type of drug. Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec reserves the right to take additional action against visitors found to be intoxicated when appropriate.
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles or Drones (UAVs):
To ensure that all of our guests have a fun and safe experience, Six Flags prohibits the operation or use of any unmanned aerial vehicle in, from, or over Six Flags property without specific written consent. This includes all unmanned aerial vehicles, also commonly known as "drones", regardless of their size, weight, or purpose.
Cleaning:
Visitors must use the trash cans to deposit all their waste. Continued and flagrant non-compliance with this policy may be grounds for removal from the park.
Weather Conditions:
Rides, or slides may be temporarily closed during lightning storms, rain, or high winds. These will be reopened as soon as safe operation can be guaranteed.
